A great customer experience (CX) can be the defining factor that sets a business apart from its competitors. CX has also become a top priority among customers when choosing a product or service. Customer feedback forms help users gain deep insights into the customer experience, which in turn provides them with the means to enhance their CX and bring in more customers.
You can start by using some sort of rating. This can be smileys, a 1-5 scale or a star rating (whatever you like, really). Then you can narrow it down into different aspects of the website. So for example, web design, product range, product information, and the overall navigation of the website. These are all different but critical parts of your website. Then you can follow up with a loyalty metric such as NPS (‘How likely is it that you will recommend us to family and friends?’) and an open comment section so that they can elaborate on their answers.
